I started my blog journey at the beginning of the year because of my class, but I never thought I would feel the way I do about it now.
I have loved and truly enjoyed making content for those who are interested, specially because I get to share with other people something I very much enjoy. It’s rewarding to share a part of your life to others and know they care about it as much as I do.
I could have definitely improved a wider variety of pictures so the audience could interact with them on my site and posts. Also, stayed more consistent in my promotions, maybe add more hashtags that promoted my posts outside of Texas State. BUT, I did enjoy sharing about my life and just simply allowing others to have some part of it. As an Advertising major, I believe the start of this blog will allow me to continue it in the near future. It had showed me there is this amazing thing called blogging that allows me to express myself and create quality content I and others enjoy; I can make it my own too! It important to share with others what you are doing with moderation so they can know what you are about and why they should invest in you. For my many future and current ventures, I will be sure to keep considering blogging as a tool to reach more people and connect to another level.

I mentioned I did not promote myself outside of my FDOM twitter, so I did not reach too many people, but there are some days I definitely did! My most popular week was the week of February 17, where I received 14 views and 6 visitors! My most popular post was the only post I wrote in Spanish and I happened to be super proud of it too. It received 8 views. It makes me happy knowing people wanted to at least click on it even if they might have not all understand it. I believe it was such a hit because no one that I know of write a post in their native language, so everyone might have been curious. If you want to check it out too if you haven’t yet, click here. I realized people were also kinda exited to see my outfit of the week. I believe this added a mood and it encouraged people to click on my posts every time. Overall, I was exited to see people interacting with my posts. Regardless of me barely promoting it, it still reach some people, and that makes me proud of my work. I didn’t receive very much twitter interaction and thats ok, I know I did made a twitter just for the class, I am still not discouraged. I am thankful for the experience and opportunity boggling gave me. It allowed me to start something I have always wanted to do.
Thank you everyone who took the time to click on my page and support my posts. It means so much to me! Shoutout to anyone who retweeted me and boosted my posts a little more, very much appreciated☺.
